Sedum spathulifolium ‘Harvest Moon’ – Harvest Moon Stonecrop

Out of stock

A classic hardy succulent, sedums are near-indestructible groundcovers surviving heat, cold, drought, poor soil, and even excess water. They are excellent choices for rock gardens, rock walls, container plantings, green roofs, living walls, landscape groundcover applications, and much more.

Sedum spathulifolium, or broad-leaf stonecrop, is native to the Pacific Northwest, from the Northern California Siskiyous to Olympic National Park and southern Vancouver Island, ranging in altitude from coastal bluffs to alpine crevices. Bright yellow flowers and in spring and early summer adorn compact succulent foliage. The plant is edible. ‘Harvest Moon’ has silvery-green foliage that develops a pink tinge in cold weather. ‘Harvest Moon’ has larger foliage than ‘Cape Blanco’.
